Policies and Procedures

Geb Hetep is now offering the option of scheduling appointments over the internet.

In order to schedule an appointment over the Internet a deposit of $35 is required. For all new clients scheduling appointments via the internet, in person or over the phone a $35 deposit is required. You also have the option of paying the full session fee of $80 for an individual session or the requisite amount for a series of 3, 5, 10, or 15 sessions.

Late Cancellation

Once an appointment is confirmed we require 24HRs notice for cancellation prior to your appointment in order to avoid a late cancellation fee of $30. Please note: An appointment is not considered confirmed until a deposit is received. (Refer to Rates and Fees for series rates and other fees). For more than two consecutive LC you will be required to prepay for the next session as well as clear up any outstanding balances from previous LC's. Overnight and Sunday cancellations are subject to the full appointment fee.

No Show Policy

If an appointment is confirmed but not honored a fee for the full amount of the session is required. The $35 deposit will be applied and the balance will be due in full before any additional sessions are scheduled.

Payment Procedure

Deposits or payment for an appointment can be made via the internet by MC, VISA, or Debit card. In addition to debit and credit cards, payments can be made in person by checks, money order or cash at our center during office hours. Payments by money order and checks can also be mailed in to Geb Hetep Wholistic Center at 1344 Pacific Street, Brooklyn, New York 11216 Suite 1W. Checks must be received and cleared at least two days prior to the appointment dated to hold the appointment. All returned checks will incur a $35 return check fee.

Scheduling Procedure

All appointments can be made by calling us at 718-501-6044/5 between the hours of 9am to 6pm.

To request an appointment via the internet, simply scroll up and fill in the required info with a contact telephone number and/or e-mail address so that your appointment/s can be verified. You will receive an e-mail or return call verifying that the appointment you requested is available. Once your appointment is verified, you will be required via the internet to make a deposit or you may choose to pay in full to confirm the appointment. We suggest that you make your deposit the same day you receive your email verification to insure that the day and time you requested will be held for you. Geb Hetep will notify you at least two days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment however once your deposit payment is received your appointment is considered confirmed.

Standby Appointments

Cancellations and late cancellation appointments are made available to clients on our standby list. If we don’t have an opening available at a time that is convenient for you, you can request a standby appointment. To request a standby appointment you must call the office @718 501-6044/5 and speak to the receptionist. After a standby schedule has been verified with the receptionist, a deposit may be required that same day to hold the appointment. Deposit policy and late cancellation policy for standby appointments may vary based on the availability of the appointment. No Show policy remains the same.

(Note: even though you have received a verification email from the receptionist that a time slot is available, the appointment is not made for you until a deposit is made. After the appointment has been made you shall receive a reminder call 2 - 3 days before your appointment for your session.)
